Sales Development Representative, Lupa

• 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role (SaaS, tech or veterinary preferred)
• Comfortable prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn with a consultative approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prospects and pipelines
• Curious mindset with a desire to understand customer problems and how technology solves them

Desirable

• Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting for veterinary and pet care providers
• Identify, research, and engage high-quality leads through cold outreach and inbound qualification
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives & Directors
• Develop a deep understanding of Lupa’s product, customers, and market
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and insights in the CRM
• Contribute feedback from prospects to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
