Role
Who you are
- 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role (SaaS, tech or veterinary preferred)
- Comfortable prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn with a consultative approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prospects and pipelines
- Curious mindset with a desire to understand customer problems and how technology solves them
Desirable
- Experience selling B2B SaaS or vertical software
- Familiarity with using a CRM
- Data-driven approach to outreach and performance improvement
- Team-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
- A passion for pets is a plus!
What the job involves
- Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting for veterinary and pet care providers
- Identify, research, and engage high-quality leads through cold outreach and inbound qualification
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives & Directors
- Develop a deep understanding of Lupa’s product, customers, and market
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and insights in the CRM
- Contribute feedback from prospects to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
