Who you are
- Experience: Preferred experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Creativity and Innovation: A creative approach to developing unique, engaging marketing strategies
- Adaptability: Ability to respond flexibly to changing market needs and company objectives
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying marketing strategies and results. Confidence in front a camera and for filming content would be a plus!
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern digital marketing tools, with a readiness to adopt new technologies
What the job involves
- Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision-making, and optimising campaigns to maximize results
- This role offers significant scope to shape our US marketing approach and directly contribute to our success in a new region
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in North America
- Use data analytics to inform marketing decisions, track performance, and optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and support product launches
- Bring creative ideas to engage and retain customers, positioning Fospha as a market leader
- Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions and contribute to evolving marketing strategies
