Senior Product Finance Manager, Sonos

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• High financial acumen with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at using visuals to tell a compelling story and working across all levels of an organization
• Track record of motivating and managing results-oriented finance professionals, with a genuine interest in the career development of direct reports
• Advanced proficiency in modeling and financial analysis using tools like Excel and Google Sheets
• High comfort with ambiguity, a proactive communication style, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Curious, high integrity, self-aware, and passionate about continuous process improvement and utilizing technology to automate workflows

• The Senior Manager, Product Finance will act as a key business partner to the Product leadership team, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing R&D investments focused on new product innovation
• This role is crucial in delivering financial insights and strategic recommendations to support new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business & financial goals
• Strategic Financial Partnership: Provide financial analysis and insights to Product Leadership as well as other senior leaders, guiding strategic decisions and driving impactful outcomes across all product-led initiatives
• Investment Optimization: Collaborate with the Program Management teams & Opex Finance partner to evaluate current and planned investments. Recommend adjustments to align investments with business objectives and maximize ROI
