Role
Who you are
- Love for customers. You want to provide the best experience for our users and will serve as the go to person for their queries. Their success is your success. Ideally, you have a few years of proven experience doing this in a software company
- Excellent communication skills. You’re able to explain complex things in an easy way, via our live chat, email or phone
- Solution oriented. You analyse customer queries and investigative way to be able to solve their issues seamlessly or escalate as needed
- Teamwork. You have exposure to or experience with managing relationships with both internal team and externally
- Product focus. You love working with software products and have a natural aptitude to learning new tools fast. Ideally, you have worked with ticketing systems or Intercom before
What the job involves
- Becoming the expert in all Humaans features, understanding our processes and workflows in order to resolve user issues
- Engaging with customers and supporting them troubleshooting issues and helping navigate specific product use cases by providing a white glove support experience, via email, live chat, or phone
- Developing relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve support and overall experience with Humaans
- Working with Customers Success, Engineering and Operations teams to address customer needs
- Helping us grow our library of content, Help Center, and optimising our support documentation to improve efficiency and provide customers with more convenience
Our take
Human resources work is demanding and difficult, not least because few tools exist to cover large swathes of the job, and what is out there tends to be clunky and difficult to integrate with other company systems. Humaans exists to rectify this with a platform that allows companies to build a customised HR tech stack, uniting all of a company's people systems in a single, easy-to-use package.
As HR became more complex due to the move to hybrid and remote ways of work, HR tech grew into a major focus of investment. Humaans is one among a number of startups in this space which includes the likes of Darwinbox, BambooHR and Personio. But Humaans stands out with the flexibility of its approach, allowing its customers to develop their own HR workflows without constraining them with a one size fits all product.
Humaans has raised significant capital, most recently in a Series A round led by Lachy Groom with participation from senior Shopify and Slack investors. This is being used to develop the product and onboard new talent, as well as continue its expansion within the EU. With a solid product and a growing customer base which includes the likes of Pleo, Fidel API and Birdie, Humaans is well poised for future success.
