- 5-10 years of experience planning, implementing, and optimizing demand generation activities
- Experience running advertising, paid social, lead generation, and awareness campaigns

What the job involves
- As Director of Demand Generation, you will lead the strategy and implementation of high-impact marketing activities to generate a pipeline of quality leads for sales
- Develop Verbit’s demand generation strategy and roadmap
- Design, plan, launch, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach strategic target accounts and generate pipeline
- Partner with Sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
- Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to implement engaging and effective messaging
- Build out our demand generation email campaigns and nurture streams to improve conversion rates
- Manage campaigns that span across each stage of the customer journey through effective storytelling and education using tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and various ABM tools
- Create strategies for audience targeting lead management, ABM, CRM and marketing automation to maximize prospect acquisition and customer conversions
- Own list of contacts including prospects, leads, and customers
- Manage SEO
- Optimize our online experience from paid ads to the website, to lead capture
- Optimize targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Report and communicate metrics and KPIs from campaign initiatives and as well as insights gleaned from testing new media channels, content formats, and audience targeting.
- Identify and vet external vendors
- Lead vendor relationships, as needed

Verbit is looking to revolutionize the captioning and transcription industry with AI technology. Audio files are uploaded for AI-guided processing, then edited and reviewed by freelancers for results that deliver over 99.9% accuracy. Many rival products level out at 95%.
Demand for voice-recognition capabilities is growing as new applications are found across growing industries like healthcare and banking. Additionally, with more industries than ever digitizing, a product that can reliably deliver near-perfect results at speed and scale has a huge market appeal.
In 2021, Verbit raised two substantial funding rounds which have been invested in product development and its vertical and geographical expansion through acquisitions. Verbit purchased three companies within a year including Take Note, a UK-based company, which has increased its presence in Europe.
Going forward, continued aggressive product refinement and strategic acquisitions will prove vital in an area teeming with big-name rivals such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Currently, Verbit’s accuracy and efficiency set it apart, and it will need to maintain this edge.
