What the job involves
- Hunt for New Opportunities: Prospect for potential clients through cold-calling to uncover hidden gems in both English- and French-speaking markets
- Build Relationships: Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position AutoLeap as the ideal solution
- Drive Pipeline: Manage your own pipeline—from initial outreach to booking and running demos, and ultimately closing opportunities within targeted French-speaking markets in Canada
- Manage Inbound Leads: Respond to and qualify inbound, partner, and enterprise leads from French-speaking prospects as they come in
- Shape Processes: Contribute to the development of our sales processes and best practices

The auto industry is undergoing a massive transformation. Automakers' recognition of requiring a transition towards alternative energy sources is revolutionizing the industry, and the adjacent auto repair industry is also evolving to meet this changing market demand.
AutoLeap provides a modern SaaS solution that small repair shops need to survive this transformation by digitizing processes from invoicing and accounting, to customer relationship management and scheduling. There is considerable opportunity within this space, with the automotive aftermarket being a $700 billion industry.
The company enjoyed CA $40 million in funding in 2023 and the round's success is down to the tough auto industry environment. Put simply, consumers are more likely to repair their old cars than buy new ones due to rising prices. Having tripled its team size since its 2021 round, the 2023 funding is being put towards expanding its auto-repair shop customer base, which stands to benefit from AutoLeap's SaaS solutions during tough market conditions.
