Who you are
- You are passionate about working at a company trying to reduce financial crime

- You like being involved in all parts of a company, and can juggle multiple projects at once
- You have exceptional organization and project management skills
- You have lots of experience with, and enjoy, speaking with customers
- You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- You understand the key drivers of usage and how to analyze data
What the job involves
- Onboarding: Design our customer onboarding processes, develop effective and reusable assets and demonstrate impeccable communication and project management
- Driving adoption: Create and execute world class training for customers, including Train the Trainer materials. This will include designing the strategies for both initial customer implementation and new feature releases
- Proactively increasing engagement: Build strong relationships with our customers and proactively drive success, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Cable
- Customer Support: Be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and speedy resolution to any issues. Make sure all our customer-facing interactions are impactful, efficient, and provide value to our customers and Cable. Consistently funnel feedback back to the product team to ensure we’re prioritizing the most valuable features
- Increasing revenue: Collaborate closely with Sales, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistently identifying new areas of opportunity to grow revenue and minimize churn
- Building the foundations for our Customer Success team at Cable: Help us define who the next hire should be and what matters most for customer success. Design, implement and execute on KPIs, such as speed of onboarding and customer usage and happiness
Our take
Financial crime affects everyone in the world. More than $4 trillion is laundered globally daily, and the proceeds fund modern slavery, piracy and numerous other criminal activities. Almost none of this activity is caught, with 99% slipping through the net. Enter Cable, a FinTech startup providing a suite of tools which allows total oversight of complaince, risk, quality assurance and management information reporting, giving fincrime fighters the ability to stop criminals in their tracks.
Cable has closed a seed funding round, raising capital to further develop its platform and to roll it out to its first tranche of contracted customers. It has recently announced partnerships with organisations such as Axiom Bank and Ramp, both organisations on the cutting edge of fintech. As regulators begin to wake up to the threat of online crime and enforce compliance obligations on the digital banking and crypto space, there is sure to be a growing demand for Cable's expertise in the very near future.
