Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with expertise in Blazor or equivalent web frameworks, C#, and TypeScript
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role, with a focus on Blazor or equivalent web frameworks
- Proficiency in C# and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of RESTful API integration
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less)
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features for our web applications
- Your technical skills and creativity will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, performant, and responsive applications
- Develop and maintain web applications using Blazor or equivalent frameworks
- Implement user interfaces with Kendo UI to ensure high performance and responsive design
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# and TypeScript
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs to create dynamic, interactive web applications
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure the technical feasibility of designs
- Optimise applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and propose improvements

- This role may require a higher clearance such as SC and NPPV +SC Clearance (or be able to apply for this level of clearance)
