Who you are

Candidates must be aged between 16-24 and on, or have applied for Universal Credit.
Experience using and posting on social media, any graphic design experience or video content creation is highly encouraged.
Good written skills for writing captions and other copywriting.
Experience with creative or Martech tools like Canva, Hootsuite, ActiveCampaign among others - that’s a great bonus!
This is a Kickstart Scheme position (candidate must be aged between 16-24 and on, or have applied for Universal Credit)

What the job involves

Copywriting: writing blog posts and content for the website to drive traffic.
Posting content on social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Lead generation email campaigns: helping the sales team to engage with new potential customers.
Develop our TikTok account from scratch.
Brainstorming and bringing your creative ideas to the table on everything from a change in website design to social content.
Developing our brand’s tone of voice by interacting with engagement on posts.
Keeping our Marketing GoogleDrive updated with the relevant resources, assets and alterations.
Supporting other teams with day to day tasks: we all pitch in as a small team.
25hours per week
