Role
Who you are
- You have 4+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, Revenue or Business Operations for B2B SaaS
- You have expertise in sales and marketing technology, namely Salesforce and Hubspot
- Strong analytical and process definition skills
- You have a track record of implementing end-to-end processes with measurable results
- You are detail-oriented and understand how one change might affect other processes downstream
- You have a growth mindset, bold ideas, and a know-how attitude to get things done
What the job involves
- Build and maintain operating cadence and rigour across all commercial functions to ensure the health of the business on achieving key performance metrics including targets, forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management
- Create, maintain and optimise scalable processes ensuring best practice, and driving process change across all marketing and sales channels
- Remove blockers/bottlenecks and inefficiencies within marketing, sales and operational data, systems and processes
- Drive increased reporting and process automation where possible
- Translate business requirements into efficient processes and deliver projects successfully
- Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, strategic planning, OKRs, and more as needed
