Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in sales, RevOps, or related field; SaaS experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data, and build robust, scalable reporting systems that drive business decisions
- Proven ability to manage and optimize a variety of sales tools including Hubspot
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, and sales related metrics
What the job involves
- As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations at GlossGenius, you will be the founding leader of our Revenue Operations team and play a critical role in creating and optimizing our sales processes to drive revenue growth for the business
- You’ll collaborate with sales leadership and lead a cross-functional team to analyze sales performance, identify trends to inform our sales strategy and ensure our processes, systems, analytics and insights and enablement are as effective as possible
- Scaling our sales effort is a high-visibility strategic initiative for the company and this role will help drive that
- You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
- Enhance sales pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency
- Implement and refine sales processes that enhance lead conversion rates, improve deal velocity, and maximize customer lifetime value
- Build alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives forward, working across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, support, and product
- Own and manage our sales & marketing tools (Hubspot is our CRM

However, despite a modern facade the beauty industry lacks specialised software and still runs on generic CRMs and basic spreadsheets. Recognising a gap in the market, GlossGenius has stepped in to provided a specialised business management platform for beauty salons, spas and studios.
With no competition in this niche, GlossGenius has swiftly captured a large market share, with triple-digit year on year revenue growth. It serves over 40,000 businesses (70% of which are women-owned) and has more than $2 billion in annual transactions on the platform.
GlossGenius has raised a large amount of capital in several funding rounds closed in quick succession. It is aiming to accelerate platform development off the back of its releasing of consumer experience, payment and automation products. It is well on the way to fulfilling its long-term aim of developing into the Toast of the beauty industry.
