Who you are
- 4+ years experience in program management, product management, community management, venture capital, education, or other relevant space
- Deep understanding of the startup space and founder experience
- Proven record of driving engagement in digital programs, courses or events
- Excellent communication skills, especially written

What the job involves
- Design and host digital workshops, office hours, and other events for our members
- Manage team of coaches/facilitators to ensure all LH members are engaged in high-value peer exchange groups (Squads)
- Launch new digital initiatives like mentor networks to help our members achieve their goals
- Drive member engagement in Discord, Home (our community platform), and other areas of the community
- Use no-code, email automation, and other tools to ensure members have the highest quality experience possible
- Help guide our overall strategy for digital programs and community at Launch House
- Report directly to our CEO
- Partner closely with marketing to announce new products and create growth loops in existing ones
- Balance scrappiness with depth to ensure high quality products and experiences are delivered as quickly as possible
