The company is very fast-paced and feedback-obsessed. We are always in a feedback loop and everyone is putting extra effort to provide both positive and constructive feedback which is an amazing learning point. I learnt more in a month at GetGround than I learnt in a year at other companies. Moreover, everyone is extremely smart that even just listening people in the office teaches you a lot.

The company is feedback-obsessed and every opinion matters. During my training, even though it was first few weeks, my manager, colleagues as well as the senior team always asked for my feedback and always took my opinions into consideration. The mindset is that everyone has unique abilities and bring something different to the table. There is not any wrong questions and everyone's opinions are welcomed and valued.

The company invests a lot of time to find the right fits for the organisation. Normally, when you go to a new environment, you would have extremely unique 1 or 2 people and maybe some very smart people. At GetGround, one of the things I like the most is that every single person is extremely unique and intelligent. Everyone is always trying to improve each other. Being able to work with great minds is just amazing.

People at GetGround are very smart and everyday I feel like I can learn lots of different things from the people I work with. My colleagues really supports me on figuring out the complex problems and finding the best solution.

Being part of such a small teams means I can wear many hats that I normally wouldn't get to try. From research to content design, it helps hone my skills to make me a well rounded individual.

I joined GetGround because of the mission. The mission is at the core of everything we do and we constantly refer back to it. So many of the world's assets are inaccessible, unfairly distributed and far less productive than they could be. This is abstract but starting with UK buy-to-let property, we work obsessively to bring these assets online, bring transparency to their financials and then eventually help make them accessible for everyone to invest in.

Data is close to my heart and the culture in GetGround values data-informed decisions as much as I do. What I like most is how we challenge ourselves to find data to test theories, even when it's not easy or readily available to us. Everyone has access to run analysis and create dashboards in Looker; these are used super effectively to aid and inform decision-making.

GetGround sits at the intersection of two very different industries - FinTech & PropTech. As such, the team has a raft of talent from a wide range of backgrounds and skillsets. This has been amazing for me to absorb and learn very quickly.

Great place to work with a diverse and hard-working team. As a young professional, GetGround offers an excellent place to learn and develop yourself. Working in a start-up means that even those who are new to the business are given the chance to get involved and help where they can.

The founders and senior leadership team are not only incredibly driven but very approachable and welcoming. Regardless of your position in the company, you are always encouraged to provide feedback and help the business improve.

Despite having worked at McKinsey previously, the work I am doing at GetGround is the most impactful I have done in my career. Everything is linked back to the company mission and there's a no BS approach.

Nobody has done what we are trying to do and solve, so we are learning every day. Including the leadership team. We are set up with the right equipment and processes to learn and do well. I've learnt more in the last 12 months than in my previous 24 months at McKinsey.

GetGround allowed me time to adapt and learn to a new programming language during my onboarding, assigning a peer to help in this process, while also giving opportunities to take online courses to expand my knowledge.

At GetGround, everyone is able to contact other members of the company in case of questions or concerns, while also giving everyone the opportunity to participate and implement new ideas for their team or company.

From the interview process, the values of the companies were clearly shown, while also explaining how they affect all processes on the company, which after joining I can see how they have created a great work environment for the company.

Moubin and Misrab are astoundingly nice people who display a great amount of enthusiasm, inspire confidence, and communicate their ideas very effectively. They have a wonderful vision that brings everyone together and they deliver it in a way that makes you feel delighted to be a part of it.

The work I produce has a dramatic effect on some of the largest transactions people will ever make in their life - when I solve a problem I see feedback from customers that shows how dramatically it improved their situation. It feels good knowing every feature I deliver makes a positive demonstrable change.

GetGround is full of incredibly pleasant people who are all very interested in working as a team, listening to each other, and learning from each other. Somehow we've managed to only hire empathetic, caring people - and I love it!
