Role
Who you are
- Preferably a BS or BA degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths
- 5+ years of proven commercial experience working in relevant product management positions or equivalent within iGaming Payments & KYC/AML domain
- Comfortable managing a product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, including collaborating closely with product design and technology teams
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw insights
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of full product development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies
- Confidence in managing key stakeholder relationships across a range of teams within the business, including presenting back on progress
- Understanding of GDPR and payment systems, including the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2)
- A strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, including the design and build of SDK's
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
- Experience building and architecting large scale platforms, systems, and products at scale
- Confident, passionate, creative individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work well as part of a team
What the job involves
- At LiveScore Group we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Core Platform Product team. Having recently launched our first sportsbook on our proprietary platform in the first four markets, we continue 2023 with plans to further develop the platform to grow the existing business with best-in-class functionality and support the roll out of further international expansion
- The Core Platform Product team covers areas such as player accounts and onboarding experience, login, payments, verification, compliance, responsible gambling, internal tooling and more
- Define the vision and strategy to build robust payments and verification platform that can support new personalized experiences across our brands
- Accountability for the Payments & KYC product portfolio and roadmap, as part of the Core Platform Product team
- End-to-end ownership of new product initiatives from discovery through to delivery, working closely with the Product Design and Technology teams, including measurement of success and continuous optimisation
- Provide solution strategies and assessments to key stakeholders
- Reviewing technical architecture proposals and ensuring considerations have been made on cost, scalability, performance, resilience, testability, maintainability and operational efficiency
- Leading cross-functional Steering Group made up of key stakeholders and team members, including playing an important role in the decision-making process
- Working closely with the Platform Product Lead on Platform Product strategy, ensuring that Payments & KYC are well represented as part of the overall team planning processes
- Using a data-driven approach to decision making by analysing customer behaviour, output from user research, and any other relevant qualitative or quantitative sources available
