Our take
The processes used to rent a property are fragmented, broken, and in desperate need of modernisation from both the tenant and the landlord's perspective. PropertyLoop is using technology to disrupt the real estate industry and build a customer-focused platform by cutting out the middleman.
On the digital letting platform, landlords are matched with independent letting expert who sources good quality tenants, taking care of referencing and paperwork. While this removes the admin for landlords, PropertyLoop still grants them full insights through rent payments, statements and more all visible within the platform.
The company was founded by a team of property experts who have significant experience in the industry and have previously built and managed one of London’s leading real estate companies. As pressure on the real estate industry to digitise has increased as a result of the pandemic, PropertyLoop may well be able to capitalise on the shifting attitudes and expectations within the sector.
