Vice President of Strategic Programs, CoreWeave

• The role requires deep experience operating at both the strategic and execution layers in a fast-scaling, infrastructure-heavy environment
• 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership within infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth technology environments
• Demonstrated experience owning both strategy development and end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a PMO or strategic programs function
• Experience translating ambiguous or early-stage ideas into structured operating plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical and operational planning capabilities, including portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and program governance
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to sequence, resource, and execute large-scale initiatives
• Ability to influence and align senior leaders across technical, operational, legal, and government-facing teams
• Experience improving operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline

• The Strategic Programs function sits at the center of Operations, driving long-term strategy, cross-functional execution, and the COO’s most critical initiatives as the company scales globally
• The Vice President, Strategic Programs, Operations will own and evolve CoreWeave’s Operations strategy while leading the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• This role partners closely with the COO and senior Operations leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear outcomes
