Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of design experience
- Strong portfolio with samples from corporate ID/style guide work
- Strong skill in the fundamentals of form, color, texture and type across digital and print mediums
- Ability to interpret and apply centralized style guides and patterns to existing and new assets with little to no intervention
- You are an expert visual thinker, storyteller, and maker
- You can bring your own ideas to life, as well as collaborate with others to determine the best visual execution of a concept
- We're looking for someone who understands the nuance of web and commerce channels (e.g. Amazon) and seamlessly incorporates trends while maintaining design excellence
- Bonus: photo/video and video editing, UX/UI experience or animation
What the job involves
- As a Designer at Code3, you’ll work across a range of clients to shape and execute the visual identity across various digital platforms
- Create and produce high-quality, high volume, on-brand design solutions across a range of clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and effective digital designs for websites, retailers, social media and other digital channels
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and design preferences
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Present and articulate design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
- Design for performance: you’ll leverage data and reports to optimize creative performance
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our design capabilities
