What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to ensure data integrity, provide actionable insights, and create clear visualizations from complex data
- The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, collaborate closely with Customer Support and Account Management teams, and communicate proactively to meet deadlines
- Data Integrity: Ensure customer data quality by implementing processes for validation, cleansing, and accuracy checks
- Analysis & Visualization: Analyze information gathered from multiple sources, breakdown high-level data into detailed insights, and transform data into the needed formats. Summarize with easy to understand visualizations
- Timeline Management: Meet multiple internal/external timelines and deadlines; proactively communicate delays or issues to both customers and management
- Customer Support: Assist the Customer Support and Account Management teams with inquiries, providing reports and solutions as needed
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required
