What the job involves
- This role is primarily responsible for providing Executive Assistant support to the CEO, Director of Policy and Regulatory and Chief Commercial Officer, providing day-to-day administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, client liaison and event management
- In addition, the Executive Assistant will also be responsible for providing ad hoc support to our senior leadership team, overseeing the office operations in our London office, and for line managing our Front-of-House/Office Manager
- Core Executive Assistant Duties:
- Effectively and proactively managing the diaries for the CEO, Chief Policy and Regulatory Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring a smooth running of the working day and that each is prepared for any meetings
- Managing the email inboxes for the CEO, Chief Policy and Regulatory Officer and Chief Commercial Officer
- Managing the CEO’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts
- Liaising with the CEO’s personal/home PA as required
- Producing documents, briefing papers, agendas, minutes, reports
- Undertaking research and leading or supporting on ad hoc projects
- Coordinating any travel arrangements for the CEO, Chief Policy and Regulatory Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, including flights and accommodation and travel itineraries
- Coordinating internal and external company events
- Acting as a delegated point of contact for clients, suppliers, team members, and responding to queries, resolving issues or escalating as appropriate
- Ad hoc administrative assistance to other members of the Senior Leadership Team when necessary
- Office Management Duties:
- Coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure a smooth day to day business
- Line managing the Front-of-House/ Office Manager and Executive Assistant, providing feedback, coaching and training as required
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements for the office
- Supporting the employee onboarding and offboarding process as it relates to office access and use
- Providing reception cover in the absence of the Front-of-House/Office Manager

Although Yoti shares the UK market with contenders like Onfido and ApplyID, the expansive global identity market should provide it space to grow. Initially heavily funded by bootstrapping, the company has since raised considerable funds towards establishing a presence in North America, with its latest investment cited to support the development of a new, reusable digital identity proposition that will give users a "more private, secure and convenient way" to prove their identity.
