Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience as manual QA and at least 1 year of experience as Automation QA
- Good knowledge of testing and development processes
- Proficiency in automation tools with a focus on testing integration points and APIs. Experience with Go is a plus
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with testing in a microservices architecture
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues in complex integration scenarios and proactively develop solutions
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products through rigorous testing practices
What the job involves
- Reporting To: Konstantin Perminov
- We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our TSS Team that is accountable for the tools used in the scoring process. The team has various strategies in place to enhance our current services and develop new integrations and tools
- Develop comprehensive test designs for the system, work with APIs, integrations, internal admin panels, and backend systems to ensure robust testing coverage
- Create and maintain detailed test plans for identified scenarios
- Implement automated load and acceptance testing for both front-end and back-end
- Analyze and configure a systematic approach to load testing, establish processes to meet baseline testing requirements
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing processes
- Focus on core testing needs while balancing manual and automated testing
Our take
Buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) purchases have been rising in popularity for years, with a number of companies springing up to facilitate split-payment shopping. Tabby is one such company, offering Shariah-compliant buy-now-pay-later options through its mobile app, meaning consumers can shop at a range of stores and split their purchase between four interest-free payments.
For stores, using Tabby means offering their customers more flexible payment options, no matter the purchase channel, which can positively affect store loyalty and boost repeat purchases. They also gain access to the hundreds of thousands of shoppers already using the app, as Tabby runs co-marketing campaigns with its retail partners.
Managing upwards of $6 billion in transaction volume annually, and boasting the likes of Shein, Ikea and Adidas amongst its clientele, it is clear that Tabby is doing something right. It has secured a substantial funding round ahead of a planned IPO, and plans to invest in continued expansion of its financial services and shopping products.
