Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related position within the ad-tech, mar-tech, or data technology space
- Expert knowledge of solutions engineering and associated departmental operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of sales and post-sale practices
- Experience in a query language (SQL preferred)
- Experience in a scripting language such as Python
- Experience in ETL operations with expertise in at least one of these: GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks
- Analytical mindset

What the job involves
- The client services team includes support, customer success and solutions engineering. The team is responsible for generating value for our customers and sustaining revenue from clients
- The team ensures that clients are using InfoSum to its full potential, providing necessary support and representing client opportunities and challenges internally
- Solutions Engineering is responsible for technical excellence in the planning and execution of client use cases powered by InfoSum. This team is aligned to support both the Sales team in pre-sale use case validation and technical scoping, as well as Customer Success in post-sale support of client execution and expansion
- Solutions Engineering is a client-facing team that also operates independently to build partnerships with technical contacts at clients, resolve technical barriers to success and empower clients and internal teams with custom tools that accelerate adoption of InfoSum’s complete technology offering
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Design customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities and product offerings
- Develop solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to communicate design specifications and requirements effectively
- Configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions, leveraging company products, APIs, and third-party integrations as needed
- Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to showcase functionality and validate solution feasibility
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customers to maximize the value of their solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings and capabilities
- Understand the advertising marketplace in terms of data collaboration and ad tech/mar tech
- Provide feedback to product management and development teams to inform roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements
- Contribute to the development and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline solution delivery and support
- Understand and comply with InfoSum’s security and privacy policies, and be attentive to information security at all times in the performance of duties for InfoSum
