• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate for a Sr Associate, Treasury position
• The successful candidate will demonstrate superior communication skills, problem solving skills, and detail-oriented organizational skills
• The Sr Associate will support the Sr Director of Treasury across all treasury activities
• Initial duties will include issuing, forecasting, tracking and reporting on all outstanding letters of credit, surety bonds, and parent guarantees
• Track deliverables across financing agreements (Letter of credit facility, revolving debt facility, operational solar projects, development/construction loans and other facilities), become SME on financing agreements
• Additional duties will include tracking project insurance requirements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations by working with insurance brokers
• Manage notices that are delivered under various financing and project agreements
• Ad-hoc special projects will compile approximately 25% of the role
• Ensure treasury compliance with all facility reporting requirements
• This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve deadlines and enjoys creating and implementing new processes and procedures
• Lead point-of-contact for insurance brokers for day-to-day project and vendor insurance requirement reviews
• This will be a high visibility role on a small but growing team, providing the opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career within the organization
• Create monthly cash spend reports by project and track variance to forecast
• Coordinate, document, and forecast security posting requirements with development, legal, and treasury teams
• Track & Report on company hedge positions
• Perform financial covenant testing to meet contractual compliance
• Support with periodic reconciliations of major accounts; cash reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, etc
• Prepare board-level presentations for monthly and quarterly reporting
• Work closely with Sr. Director, Treasury, on Company Ad-hoc projects as needed
