Who you are
- Based in Barcelona - While we embrace remote and flexible work, we encourage in-person collaboration at our Barcelona hub at least 3 times a week to foster a strong team spirit
- Fluent in German or French - Native-level proficiency is required, as you’ll be covering these markets
- Comfortable with cold calling - You’re confident making 100+ calls a day and see every conversation as an opportunity
- Goal-oriented - You’re motivated by targets and always want to go 100% and beyond

- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at deskbird, you’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies on a mission to make hybrid work seamless for organizations worldwide
- Join our 12-month Development Program, guided by our experienced Business Development Manager in our new Barcelona hub, where you will:
- Learn everything about the early stages of the sales process, including building awareness, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and providing a top-tier pipeline to our Sales Team
- Gain foundational Account Executive skills such as negotiation and closing
- Take on real challenges daily to support your growth, all within a dynamic, flexible, and fun environment

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
