• Growth instinct. You’ve run or contributed to campaigns, launches, or experiments that moved real metrics
• Experience in fast-moving consumer startups, community operations, field marketing, local rollout, or similar
• Strong communicator. Clear writing, confident with partners, comfortable being the public face of a neighbourhood launch
• Excitement for the mission. You care about connection, social impact, and building stronger neighbourhoods

• Lead growth and community for the world’s first AI that strengthens real-world connection - Founding team
• Lead the rollout of a brand new consumer AI product
• Be the driving force behind local growth, activation and community energy
