Who you are
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent degree
- You write amazing code, fast
- A passion for iOS development, and enjoys experimenting with what's new with each iteration of iOS and iPadOS
- Strong Swift fundamentals and a proven track record of working with a modern iOS stack built with Swift, SwiftUI (iOS16+) and UIKit
- Enjoys the craft of building nice UI, creating a good UX, and writing reusable and testable code
- Keen interest in developing unique AI tools and user experiences
- Experience with concurrency and multithreading (GCD, critical sections, race conditions)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven track record in similar roles
- Self-motivated with a drive to take ownership of projects end-to-end
- A passion for craftsmanship
- 5+ years industry experience

What the job involves
- As a Senior iOS engineer, you will develop a native iOS app for Rogo's evolving product
- You will define the processes around mobile development, including planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring
- You will work with the core team to design and implement novel mobile experiences
- You will own major product features across the stack from design to launch
- You'll have close feedback loops with users and with our Customer Success team
- You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and domain experts to architect scalable systems, implement robust software components, and ensure the reliability and performance of our software platforms
- Your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills will contribute to the success of our AI products and shape the future of our technology stack
Our take
Managing and using financial data can be a complex and frustrating process. Rogo solves this problem by leveraging the power of natural language processing (NLP).
Rogo's platform allows users to manage, combine, analyze and export data from multiple sources without the need for coding. This allows businesses to unlock immense value from their data without the need for coding expertise and highly trained developer teams. Simply put, users can perform tasks using plain English. As such, Rogo's comprehensive no-code solution is accessible and scalable.
No-code data analysis is a growing industry, and Rogo's main challenge will be competing with the likes of Domo and Obviously. However, Rogo's chief asset is its experienced founding team, who have developed innovative tools for banks and businesses including Barclays and J.P. Morgan. This has lent the company considerable weight and insight, which will prove crucial in the years ahead.
