What the job involves
- Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to become part of our inclusive and expanding venture-supported company
- You’ll own part of coordination activities as well as supporting candidate experience with in office interviews
- You’ll be collaborating with our Recruiters to schedule interviews, manage interview processes, and help source for pipeline roles
- You will also partner with our Recruiting Operations team on rolling out exciting recruiting projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all candidates
- Work to build out our Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder
- Keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented
- Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members; providing quick and thoughtful solutions
- Explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent and fostering cohesive teams
- Join forces with our Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve our inclusive hiring objectives
- Engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement
