Who you are
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of hospitality by redefining how travelers view flexible accommodations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required if experience is strong)
- 8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
- Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Have built and maintain a strong, well-established network of industry contacts to drive business growth and partnerships
- Comfortable balancing strategy with direct selling and prospecting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution
- Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals
What the job involves
- The National Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams. This individual will be laser-focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and scaling our national accounts program
- In a fast-moving startup environment, this role requires both big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution
- The National Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by expanding into new segment and securing high-value accounts, develop and refine the national sales strategy and playbook to ensure scalable success, and cultivate and convert group and preferred corporate opportunities for both short-term and extended stays
- You’ll join Kasa’s broader Commercial organization and collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring Sales is tightly integrated with the full commercial engine. Kasa intends to disrupt traditional hospitality operations
- You will be part of a team that will define the next generation of commercial success, building a high performance team leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence and automation technologies
- Build and execute a national sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth
- Lead the Corporate Travel annual RFP process
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel managers, meeting planners, and other strategic partners
- Pursue strategic national sales partnerships with large corporations to secure high-volume, business and expand our reach nationwide and sell the entire kasa enterprise
- Develop sales processes, tools, and KPIs to scale efficiently as we grow
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to align go-to-market initiatives
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and positioning
- Prepare sales forecasts and insights for leadership and investors
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and seize emerging opportunities in real time

Existing short-term rental platforms provide temporary homes for business travelers and families, but options are often limited and compromising. Spaces often don't provide the facilities that users require to work and live comfortably, and options that do are often unaffordable.
Kasa provides a platform for short-term rental of standardized properties, with every listing providing 24/7 contactless check in services, reliable and fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens and other essentials for comfort.
This unique approach, which provides the essentials for stays at an affordable price, allows Kasa to stand out form other short-term rental services such as Booking.com and AirBnB. The company recently expanded from its apartment and hotel room speciality to include luxury single-family vacation rentals, which should allow it to capture interest from a new kind of consumer. And the company is now stepping in to relaunch the historic Ace Hotel (under "STILES" brand), proving how much of a powerhouse Kasa really is.
