Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial and operational workflows, enabling them to identify opportunities for enhancement and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improved financial outcomes
- Undergraduate degree and/or MBA with Business emphasis and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work across functions
- Strong financial skills: Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace products
- Values a quick environment with opportunities to move vertically and horizontally within the organization
What the job involves
- The Business Operations Analyst will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple business facets by conducting financial validations, driving operational improvements, and optimizing processes
- The Bus Operations Analyst will have a lens into all business functions
- Revenue Walks: Validate operational metrics driving revenue outcomes and cross-collaborate with the Finance function to ensure accurate financial and operational metrics recognition
- Capital Forecasting: Support capital budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare reports on capital expenditures, analyze ROI, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure the accuracy of financial planning
- Large Project or Customer-Specific Reconciliations: Help develop repeatable and accurate processes for financial reconciliation to ensure the company and customers' outcomes align with our agreements
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across various operational functions, focusing on streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments (finance, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure the execution of business processes and initiatives
- Order Management and Process: Perform weekly/monthly validation checks in CRM (single source of record) to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of operational and financial metrics
- Reporting: Collaborating with the Finance and Executive team in producing monthly and quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors and investor audiences
- Strategic Projects: Participate in or lead special projects that support business growth, operational efficiency, or financial performance improvements

It works on installation and management across homes, schools, businesses as well as wholesale markets across areas of the US. Its focus on areas that larger networks might overlook adds value to the company and has helped it expand its impressive network.
Growth equity investment from Hamilton Lane and Delta-v Capital will see Vero improve its home network services and dark fibre network solutions.
