Senior Full Stack Engineer, Postman

• Passionate about mentoring and developing other engineers
• Coding experience, with recent examples of contributing significantly to core features in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Strong experience in communicating across teams, aligning stakeholders, and unblocking challenges to ensure business goals are met
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams across time zones

• Lead the development of new capabilities for the Postman API Network, driving both the frontend architecture and backend API development to improve user experience at scale
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems that enable rapid iteration and experimentation on core product features while maintaining system reliability
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence across the team. Be a role model for the team
