3+ years experience accelerating growth, turbo charging business development and streamlining operations within tech start-ups
Deep understanding of start-up ecosystem, culture and ways of working
Proven success in B2B / B2C growth

What the job involves

Management, monitoring and measuring growth via OKR framework or similar
BD and lead generation for sales and fundraising
Market analysis and stakeholder research
Project management and data-driven decision-making
Creating and designing decks / reports with infographics
Partnership development, communication, and trust-building
Creative with content and campaign development; familiar with marketing tools
