Who you are
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, hackathons or publications
- Experience coding in an industry-standard language (e.g. Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, C++)
- Experience working on multiple projects and features in tandem
- Passionate about product quality, user experience, and be a strong advocate for the customer
- This role is not eligible for OPT or sponsorship now or in the future
Desirable
- Experience with test design and execution with a solid understanding of HTML and XML technologies
- Familiarity with using or testing APIs and/or SDKs
- Knowledge of how to extract, analyze and communicate quality metrics during a release cycle
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and tool sets
What the job involves
- Write test plans and test cases for assigned features
- Review feature specification and design for testability and proposing solutions
- Implement test automation and framework enhancements with a quality mindset
- Create maintainable and efficient automated tests within existing test framework structure
- Contribute to engineering efforts to solve complex testing problems by designing and developing scalable test automation framework
- As a Software Development Engineer in Test on the QA team, you will be an essential contributor on projects that are key to the company’s success
- You will be responsible for ensuring quality of the services and APIs at DocuSign
- You will be working with extremely passionate people who care about their customers and want to deliver solutions that improve customer productivity for complex workflows
