Role
Who you are
- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals?
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage pipelines and sales activities
- Strong intro meeting skills with the ability to identify needs and build trust quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, engage with potential partners, and expand our market presence
- Own the sales cycle from intro meetings to closing, driving new business opportunities
- Conduct high-quality intro meetings, build rapport with clients, and identify key pain points
- Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track performance, and optimize the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new business opportunities
