Principal Cloud Security Engineer, Tarana Wireless

• 15 years of experience with a Minimum of 7 years previous experience in Security Operations, Software Development, Application Security team
• Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) and can articulate complex topics clearly and concisely
• Solid understanding of common security flaws and the ability to explain ways to address them (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
• Strongly understand the Software as a Service (SaaS) model
• Hands-on experience architecting, automating, maintaining, and securing Cloud Computing Platforms - AWS

Desirable

• Manage infrastructure governance and certifications
• Conduct assessments of security controls and configuration and continuous verification with automation
• Engineering, implementing., and supervising security measures for the protection of Cloud Infrastructure and integrations
• Define and perform security architecture reviews for cloud infrastructure for existing and new services
• Threat modeling and penetration testing
• Perform security training and outreach to internal development teams
• Implement and manage DDOS, WAF, and other attack mitigation solutions
• Understand, analyze and recommend security policy and implementation for open source components
