Who you are

Proficiency in data transformation tools such as SQL and/or Python
Project management experience
Experience working with data from a customer-facing organization
Experience leading or supporting projects across disparate teams and stakeholders
Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines to deliver work on time
Knowledge of statistics and data analytics best practices preferred
Industry-specific experience, such as within the clinical trials ecosystem, particularly within patient recruitment, or within the SaaS industry preferred
Experience working with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Excel and/or Google Sheets

What the job involves

By joining our team as the Analyst/Sr. Associate - Data Governance, you will work with the Data Governance team to ensure that the Customer Success department and OneStudyTeam leadership have access to reliable and actionable data which will be used to build and monitor programs that improve our operational success and help demonstrate the value of OneStudyTeam to our customers
Assist research to develop impactful company and sponsor metrics that provide the insight needed to make critical business decisions
Publish actionable dashboards and reports to enable team members to track and anticipate individual, team or organizational success
Maintain and improve existing reporting supporting OneStudyTeam’s customer-facing organization in day-to-day operations
Consult with internal and external stakeholders to discover needs, scope new work, and obtain feedback to support Data Governance projects
Support cross-functional projects as an internal SME of OneStudyTeam data and data analysis best practices
Manage projects or components of data-focused projects involving stakeholders from multiple teams to improve our operational success
Independently scope, complete, and report on outcomes from projects to support Data Governance team objectives to build programs to improve operational success and demonstrate the value of OneStudyTeam software and services to customers

Our take
