Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in combination of channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing
- Fluent in French is a must
- The ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian is a bonus
- 6+ years working in B2B marketing capacity
- Proven expertise building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive leads through the funnel
- Analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets for site analytics and attribution models. Tableau, Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred
- Experience managing a multimillion dollar media spend budget
- Foundational knowledge of performance marketing success metrics and ability to report OKRs and KPIs to executive leadership teams
- Ability to self-serve in a limited resource environment and comfortable copywriting, ideating general design, and landing page buildout
- Excellent organisational, time management and collaborative skills with ability to project manage across multiple teams with confidence and expertise
- Comfortable in a fast paced, agile and high growth environment with ability to navigate gray areas by developing new processes and streamline workflows
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Marketing Lead, EMEA for Southern Europe who excels in audience segmentation, strategic planning, and driving scalable outcomes
- In this role, you will design and manage the inbound customer journeys for SMB and ENTR prospects across your dedicated region, generating pipeline and ensuring impactful engagement at every funnel stage
- Collaborating closely with global and regional teams - including Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Events, Partners, and Lifecycle - you’ll execute demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable ROI
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, EMEA, you’ll also work in partnership with your regional sales leaders, sales teams and broader EMEA marketing counterparts
- Ideate, design, and execute the inbound marketing customer journey across all channels within the EMEA Southern Region with primary focus on France, Italy and Spain
- Lead the campaign strategy and planning inclusive of high reach channels and performance focused digital channels
- Optimise audience-specific messaging and positioning with Product Marketing teams to create engagement at each stage of the funnel for net new leads
- Optimise end-to-end customer journey by partnering with content and creative teams to optimise existing content and ideate/build new content to keep leads engaged
- Partner with diverse teams across the org to ensure campaigns and objectives are synchronised, ensuring alignment with the Regional Director, Southern
- Define and build measurement plan with Marketing Ops ensuring understanding of success drivers and growth levers by country, audience, channel and tactic
- Gather and analyse campaign performance, including reporting learnings of key findings and best practices
- Understand industry landscape, tech capabilities and competitive approach to recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, landing page experience to increase and scale new customers
- Develop and establish success criteria to help inform resource planning, campaign flighting and overall prioritisation across multiple stakeholders
- Confident in advocating and educating cross-functional stakeholders on the nuances of the midmarket and enterprise buying centers and setting expectations for how we approach this audience
- Perform other duties as assigned

Klaviyo is a fast-growing company mainly due to its business model - the firm offers a concrete ROI for Klaviyo’s clients if the software persuades customers to make purchases by treating different types of customers differently. An IPO in 2023 has led to Klaviyo's release of Klaviyo AI, which empowers businesses to unlock revenue-driving opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences across channels. Still in its early days of public listing, it will be interesting to see how Klaviyo fares in the years to come.
