Who you are
- 5+ years of experience leading high-velocity inside sales teams, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated success in coaching sales representatives to consistently surpass quotas in fast-scaling organizations
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using metrics to make strategic business decisions and take accountability for team performance
- Track record of integrating AI tools into sales workflows and driving team-wide adoption
- Background in SMB sales, with a passion for supporting local businesses
- Strong communication capabilities and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Denver to direct one of our Account Executive squads. In this position, you will drive revenue growth by coaching high-performing sales representatives and fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaborative success, and rapid execution
- As a key leader in our AI-driven organization, you will support your team in achieving consultative sales excellence and enhancing their everyday operations through the effective integration of AI technologies

- Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive consistent target overachievement by maintaining high pipeline discipline, upholding quota accountability, and embedding Homebase’s core sales methodology
- Team Mentorship & Development: Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of 6–10 Account Executives through data-backed feedback, individualized growth plans, and active recruiting and onboarding
- AI Innovation & Adoption: Champion the use of AI tools across your team to streamline prospecting, improve forecasting accuracy, and elevate customer engagement while continually refining sales workflows
- Operational Rigor & Strategy: Use key performance data to guide decision-making, optimize sales velocity, and identify operational efficiencies
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to refine go-to-market strategies and represent the customer’s perspective
- Culture & Leadership: Cultivate an empowering team environment aligned with The Homie Way, encouraging reps to take ownership, celebrate success, and put collective goals first

Our take
Homebase provides employees and businesses with time tracking applications, with a range of other HR functionality built in. Homebase automates the process of managing employee scheduling and also helps companies improve internal communications.
The company contributes to the reduction of paperwork in an office by turning an array of devices into time clocks that track hours and overtime, while also providing payroll support. This makes it easier for companies to remain in sync, running a more efficient operation as a result.
Given that Homebase's customer base of small businesses is not able to pay a lot for its product, scale is the key driver in the company's future success. With over 100,000 customers already, its significant venture capital backing will ensure that the company will be able to grow (notably, it's investing in Canadian talent) to provide its services on a profitable scale.
