Who you are
- đź“Ł You will speak both native/ fluent English and French/German/Dutch natively
- This isn’t just about ticking boxes in B2B2C or B2B marketing; we’re looking for someone who excels in both and knows how to blend them into impactful campaigns

- Proven track record in marketing, particularly in partnership-driven environments
- A strong grasp of CRM tools and expertise in designing engaging email workflows
- Solid experience in product marketing, from messaging to execution
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while keeping an eye on the big picture

- Craft and execute marketing plans for strategic partnerships, including:
- Launch strategies: Drive successful go-to-market plans through PR, landing pages, and onboarding flows
- Customer engagement: Design CRM campaigns and email flows that captivate audiences
- Collaborations: Create innovative online and offline partner activations
- Case studies: Showcase partnership success stories to inspire confidence and attract new opportunities
- Promotions: Amplify partner brands with smart, synergistic campaigns
- Position our offerings for maximum impact across B2B2C and commercial audiences:
- Differentiation: Highlight competitive advantages and tell the story of our unique value
- Messaging: Use data and research to craft compelling narratives that resonate
- Channel growth: Build awareness, instil confidence in partner channels, and drive sustained growth
- Conversion: Create funnel-nurturing campaigns that move leads from interest to action
- Content strategy: Deliver engaging product-focused content through websites, email, webinars, and more
- Elevate our pitching process to new heights with standout storytelling and visuals:
- Assist in crafting and designing impactful pitches that seal the deal
- Manage projects related to pitching with precision and expertise
- Leverage best practices to streamline pitch processes and maintain a polished pitch deck library
- Make every event count by delivering seamless and impactful experiences:
- Organise and execute our presence at 3+ major annual events
- Provide ad hoc support for partner-led events to maximise visibility and engagement
Our take
Unlike the typical insurance models, Laka's model requires customers to only pay for the true cost of cover. At the end of each month, the cost of any claims is split fairly between customers, with the individual’s maximum premium capped at the market rate.
If there is no claim, the premium that month is zero. Laka is already much-better aligned with customers, because of the fact that fewer claims mean lower costs for the entire Laka customer base. Laka makes money by adding 25% when a claim is made, so the company doesn't make money unless they're adding value.
The company effectively offers a profit share to its customers, encouraging improved behaviour as they stand to benefit from taking better care. The test for Laka to build a huge business will be moving this model out of bike insurance and into other verticals - particularly e-mobility, which it hopes to do with its new funding chest.
