- In this influential role, you will oversee critical areas of our organization, focusing on scaling our People Operations efficiency

- Manage and drive key People Operations projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of people team members and programs
- Improve the efficiency of the HR team by partnering with stakeholders to automate and streamline internal processes that improve and enhance the internal employee experience
- Centralize and execute processes that scale, leveraging automations and improvements (Experience with UKG preferred)
- Build out ticketing processes and structure to enable SLAs and metrics tracking (Experience with Jira preferred)
- Lead core people operations across multiple countries, ensuring excellence and ownership in execution of day to day tasks, auditing and compliance for your team members
