Who you are
- You have at least 4+ years of SEO experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization; and extensive content marketing campaigns
- You are passionate about SEO
- You have proven track record in SaaS content marketing
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage your own projects
- Your English is fluent (written and spoken)
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail when building presentations
What the job involves
- At the crossroads of legal, content and marketing, your objective will be to contribute to develop our SEO acquisition channel at PayFit and accelerate its growth
- To strengthen our team of 20 people, we are looking for a passionate senior SEO Expert to lead the organic marketing strategy at PayFit
- Within the Acquisition team composed of 4 people, you will be positioned as our Global SEO Expert
- Understand the specificities and evolutions of our business both in terms of products and audiences to build SEO plans that fit our longer term ambitions in Europe
- Take part in the preparation of Organic Business Plan and re-forecast, with C-Level reporting and stakeholder management
- Work with the Web Team on some organic experimentation roadmap (CRO) and content marketing initiatives
- Drive the vision of the organic strategy in collaboration with the Web Team
- Partnering with the Web and Development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented in all regions
- Oversee the end to end delivery of campaigns, ultimately optimising organic rankings to drive revenues
- Performance ownership of the organic channel with KPIs focused on driving growth - analyze content traffic, SEO metrics and the effectiveness of campaigns and messaging (through well-defined KPIs) to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI
- Assist the acquisition lead in setting up the goals and targets for SEO globally
- Regularly reporting on the performance of your plans to the Growth Director, VP marketing and Head of Marketing
- Optimize our performance monitoring with the Acquisition lead and Growth Analytics team
- SEO experimentation and ideation – recommendation of optimisations both in terms of content, netlinking and technical SEO & and proposals for their implementation
- Create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives
- Conduct accurate analysis through the implementation of monitoring tools to better report on SEO performance (website audit, SERP audit, keywords audit etc.) and to mitigate any potential loss in rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends and Monitor new SEO developments & changes in Google's algorithms
