Who you are
- We’re building the world's best talent consultancy, and want to be the first name that any ambitious company thinks of when they want to hire the best people
- We’re doubling in size in Q1 2021, due to increasing demand from existing and new clients
What the job involves
- Find, and attract the world's best talent to our clients
- You will use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin and on other platforms
- Working with one client at once, you will get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
- Your focus will be recruiting great people across: sales, customer success, marketing and partnerships
Our take
Fast growing companies often don't have the time, resources or expertise to focus on great hiring practices, despite it being such a high value activity. Compared to typical agency recruiters, Talentful offers a middle-ground where they "loan" a recruiter to work in the customer's offices for a number of months to build out hiring capabilities.
The business model is smart as it means that the company continues to grow its knowledge and understanding of the market, ready to provide this value to new customers. Talentful also provides a smarter recruitment experience by taking candidate data from multiple sources. Because of this, the shortlisting process is made significantly faster, eliminating a major pain point of recruitment: time.
Going forward, Talentful are focusing on expanding their operations with plans to introduce extra offices in the US and UK alongside an increase in hiring.
