Who you are

You bring at least three years of experience working with backend and frontend technologies
You are an expert using Ruby on Rails in production
You have broad experience with single page application frameworks, preferably Angular and React.js, having React Native experience is plus
You know SQL very well
You are focussed on scalability, testability, and maintainability of the deliverables
You bring a hands-on mentality, and enjoy trying and learning new things
You are a team-player
You are a good communicator
You have solid English skills

What the job involves

You will develop new functionality and continuously improve the Caspar Health applications as part of one of our cross-functional teams using Scrum
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Management, UX, QA, Analytics, Development Operations, and Architecture disciplines to improve teamwork and exchange of knowledge
You will use your field of expertise to improve development processes
You will contribute to best practices in code quality, test automation, APIs, CI/CD, Software architecture
