Project Management Associate, Mandulis Energy

• Ability to quickly pick up new concepts, and dive into a problem with a solutions-oriented mindset – even with no prior background in the subject matter
• Minimum 10 months in a top tier consultancy firm, investment bank or high-performing tech startup/scaleup or similar fast-paced environment
• Able and excited to work independently
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging problems

Desirable

• You’ll take the lead in driving forward our zero-waste energy solution, with the chance to travel to our sites in Uganda, East Africa
• Own the project financing and project management process of innovative solutions
• Analyse, research and draft proposals in response to funding calls in the global grant funding landscape
• Prepare detailed quarterly and semi-annual reports on grant fund management; individual expected to gain responsibility across +4 different projects
• Financial modelling; build, scale, maintain, and communicate detailed models
• Applicants can choose to relocate to Uganda for the role (work visa provided)
