What the job involves
- Account Managers at VouchedFor are affectionately known internally as Member Coaches, and it is this term that underpins the purpose of the role. In this position, you will be responsible for onboarding new professionals (financial advisers, mortgage advisers, and accountants) to the VouchedFor platform, ensuring they receive the best possible experience
- We have an incredibly strong inbound demand, driven by the Marketing and Business Development teams. It is then the role of the Account Manager to contact potential members by phone, email and video, encouraging them to upgrade their membership by highlighting the true value of VouchedFor
- You’ll be using your skills and experience in relationship management to nurture your pipeline of advisers, providing them with a red carpet experience of VouchedFor, and giving them all the tools required to get up and running on site
- You’ll be working with a highly motivated team, receiving high-level training and coaching from day one. You will also work towards ambitious growth goals and have a real impact on the success of the business!

VouchedFor aims to help people find the best financial advisers, solicitors and accountants in their area. VouchedFor's review site allows professional advisers to increase their visibility in the local area, whilst clients can review the quality of their service and rate them, to improve transparency in the marketplace.
The vision of the company is to build a platform that becomes essential in choosing an adviser. VouchedFor differentiates itself by ensuring that all the advisers are vetted for qualifications and relevant authorisations by appropriate government bodies. Users can then leave reviews for the services provided by the advisers, and the company can verify the identity of all reviewers in order to ensure that the reviews are genuine.
Around 2 million consumers use VouchedFor each year. It makes money by charging advisers a subscription fee in order to access the community and to become verified, but it is free for customers to use. The biggest challenge the company faces is ensuring that the platform remains moderated and doesn't become subject to fake reviews, as has been faced on other review sites such as Trustpilot and Tripadvisor.
