• Extensive experience delivering high-quality digital products in cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in growth teams, optimising acquisition and conversion funnels is essential
• Proficiency in leveraging both quantitative analytical data and qualitative customer research to inform the design process
• End-to-end design process expertise, from inception and discovery to prototyping and final interface design
• A relentless commitment to improving design quality, from problem-solving and workflow optimisation to crafting exceptional UI and interaction
• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for fostering an open feedback culture with teams, peers, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into compelling storytelling and effectively articulate your thought process
