Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Eight Sleep

• 2+ years experience in an influencer marketing role
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently & be proactive as well as collaborate with a team
• Data driven in approach to influencer marketing
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, social trends, and analytics

• Assist Influencer Manager with partner relationships, from onboarding, executing contracts, reviewing content, and invoicing
• Research and recruit new paid and affiliate partners to scale the influencer program, in both US and international markets to drive efficient customer acquisition
• Scale existing partnerships and relationships with content creators
• Gather insights and weekly + monthly reporting out on performance
• Understand the latest trends & culture to inform new types of content creation for both brand and influencer
• Handle influencer gifting and other channel admin tasks
