Role
Who you are
- You have experience in Talent Coordinator roles, preferably within fast growing tech companies, startups etc
- You are extremely organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills
- You have experience partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners throughout the recruiting process
- You are comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment and enjoy the challenges that come with it
- You have experience using Talent software such as Application Tracking Systems, we currently use Lever
What the job involves
- You’ll be responsible for all of our talent pipelines and work with everyone in the company
- You’ll schedule candidates interviews, organise debriefs and gather feedback from interviewers
- You’ll manage and scale our interviewer capacity ensuring we upskill and develop our interviewer pool
- You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to develop and optimise interview processes and plans
- Pull reports from our ATS and share insights with Hiring Managers and Founders working in collaboration with our Talent Lead
- Support us in People Operations with contracts and onboarding
