Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance
- Relevant work or internship experience in real estate, fintech, investment management, or accounting
- Advanced MS Office, Google Suite, data management and analytical skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana and CRM software tools a plus
- Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams
- Extreme organization and detail-orientation, with ability to work independently in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem solving, and client service skills
- Resourceful and collaborative with ability to leverage resources across the function
- Strong project management and multitasking skills; results-driven and adaptable with ability to meet deadlines
What the job involves
- This is an entry level position where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your career by working with team members in a variety of CSA functions, including Investment Product Development & Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, Investor Relations and Private Wealth
- The position will report to the Director of Investment Operations
- Track and communicate status on multiple projects and deadlines
- Support creation and timely delivery of quarterly and annual investor reports for our investment funds and accounts
- Monitor bank accounts and reconcile funds
- Manage multiple ongoing deadlines and deliverable expectations with and for clients, including assisting with the completion of legal documents and collecting periodic documentation
- Provide high levels of client service throughout the investor experience by handling or partnering with Investor Relations to provide LP communications, investor updates and managing other client requests
- Support other administrative needs of the CSA team
