Role
Who you are
- Worked and has a depth of experience as HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), if you have experience partnering with Engineering teams is a huge advantage
- You have significant experience with Human Resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management, compensation, etc) including Organizational Development, Change Management and Talent Management
- You are numbers and data oriented. You connect business needs & goals to relevant numbers and understand the importance of measuring things
- If you worked and have experience with labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany or Italy is a plus
- Fluent English required, Spanish or Polish skills a plus
What the job involves
- As Senior People Partner for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner, you will partner with our leadership on all people-related topics, being the point of contact for managers and employees, will work on onboarding, engagement, and development, to ensure that our Docplanner culture, values, and objectives reflect our People Experience best practices, all done by a data driven approach to HR

- Oversee critical business areas including Product and Engineering teams, which entail a high level execution by delivering core BAU activities and value creation by delivering on KPIs as per targets
- Partner, advice & coach leaders at all levels on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs and compensation strategies, value will be created by increasing talent density in the areas of your responsibility
- Contribute to developing our Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development, Value will be created by fostering the right moves that goes in the benefit of DP as a whole, optimizing for the best result
- Participating in core PX global projects and initiatives coming from the specialist areas, being the voice of Tech on projects, value creation by working on the initiatives to fruition and making sure core design of solutions consider Tech teams needs
- Manage end to end the people process within your areas of responsibility
- Support employees with daily inquiries from their onboarding to the offboarding, provide guidance on learning and development opportunities, and support their career progression within the company

Healthcare platform Docplanner has become a major player in the European healthtech market in the decade since it was founded. The company offers a suite of administrative tools for over 22M patients and around 2M doctors worldwide, including workflow digitisation and appointment booking services. The company currently operate in 13 countries, hit Unicorn status in 2021, and has been riding a recent wave of digital transformation and workforce overburdening in the healthcare sector which has spurred on demand for precisely the kind of services they provide. So it’s safe to say business is going well.
What is most compelling about Docplanner’s business journey has been its long-brewing competition with their direct competitor, the fellow Unicorn and better-funded Doctolib. The tête-à-tête with this French/German rival has seen both parties making aggressive European expansion with national acquisitions - Doctolib in Italy, France, and Germany; Docplanner in Turkey, Poland, Spain, and Latin America. With Docplanner’s 2021 acquisition of German parallel platform Jameda, however, they are making moves on Doctolib’s home turf. The company has also acquired MyDr, a leading Polish tech solutions provider.
These broad consolidation moves represent a maturation of the healthtech market which will serve both competitors well. Docplanner is certainly a key and aggressive contender in this race - and this company isn't going anywhere any time soon.
