What the job involves
- The Product Operations Manager will streamline product development processes, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business goals
- This role involves close collaboration with the product team, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to optimise workflows and drive product success
- Develop and implement operational processes to support product development and launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage product documentation and ensure clear communication across teams
- Facilitate product meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
- Support in prioritising and managing product backlogs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product operations
