Role
Who you are
- Salesforce Service Cloud is an absolute must, including Omnichannel, Live Chat
- You will have extended experience across Client Care / Call Centre implementation projects, as a business analyst and/or project manager, covering all scope of Client Care (case management, omnichannel integrations…)
- IT experience across the whole omnichannel ecosystem (CRM / case management, telephony, live chat, messaging…)
What the job involves
- Work closely with the business teams to coordinate the design and build of the application(s), to ensure any impacts on global or regional systems are taken into account and managed with any relevant teams or 3rd parties
- Organise and run regular project committees, communicate as appropriate with stakeholders for regular updates or ad hoc issues / requirements
- Working closely with the business teams from each division, to understand and analyse their requirements and priorities for the Client Care roadmap
- Provide your digital projects expertise to assess feasibility and impact, or gather elements from other experts, regarding the requirements on UK systems and processes, propose solutions and recommendations
- Coordinate with your regional IT colleagues to get their input on the requirements, as well as during the design and delivery of any changes in regional systems (Salesforce will be the core platform, but also telephony, and other tools required by Client Care teams)
